I Heart Pacific Northwest Hiking Guide Books
When I relocated to Portland, I fell in love with the natural splendor of the Pacific Northwest and eventually became a hiking fanatic. Most weekends, I can be found hiking or camping (or both) somewhere in Oregon or Washington. Combining my photography, map and book design skills with a desire to share my journey with others has led me to creating guide books about the landscapes that I love. So far, I’ve self-published three books: I Heart Oregon (& Washington), I Heart Oregon’s Seven Wonders, and I Heart Backpacking, How to Get Started. My design goal was to provide a strong visual representation of the hikes, with full color photographs and custom maps that show land features.
