YUUREN and a STRANGER sitting inside a cave.
YUUREN
(putting away his stuff)
How do you feel, Mister?
STRANGER
Better. Thanks for the treatment, kid, but you should be more careful with the people you’re dealing with next time. I might be an assassin.
There is a short pause before YUUREN starts giggling.
YUUREN
But you’re not, aren’t you?
STRANGER
(looking away)
I’m not.
YUUREN
(standing up while patting his trousers)
Alright, I have to go now!
Bye bye, Mister!
YUUREN disappears between the trees.
CUT TO:
EXT. IN FRONT OF THE CAVE DAY
YUUREN stands in front of the cave, looking puzzled and deep in thoughts.
YUUREN
He’s gone.
YUUREN starts looking around.
YUUREN
Mister?! Mister!!!!
The STRANGER stands on a tree branch out from YUUREN’s view but still able to see him.
STRANGER
(sighing)
Guess I’ll have to quit then.
See you next time, kid.
YUUREN hears the leaves rustle and immediately looks back just to catch a bird flying away.
