A mum is a pretty powerful thing, especially a South African mum - there are countless abnormal circumstances that South Africans must face every day. These mums are the one who gives it their all without ever expecting anything back.

These mums have to raise the children of their children, because jobs are limited and someone has to provide for the family. These mums may have to deal with raising kids alone because their partners had to leave their home in order to provide for the family by working in the mines. These mums may have to deal with facing ridicule, judgment and unwanted advice just because “mum” doesn’t have to mean a woman, but rather a mr. mum, a mum may have to face being shunned by her culture because they claim that her child is a curse. 

Even though these mums faced numerous struggles, they have still raised incredible children - children that have risen above their circumstances because of the sacrifices that their mums made; children that are able to make a difference in the world now because of the power that their mums have passed down – but somehow we never have the courage to say how much we love and appreciate them out-loud.

This is exactly what Aquafresh wants these mums to hear – just how grateful their kids are; they were shown a live-feed of their kids saying their most heart-felt and deepest confessions of love and admiration for their mums. They were able to see, hear and feel everything that their kids said.
