The Child Within Us is a publication to help people understand facts and the whole concept of drawing, and to show them that “drawing” is not a big scary thing. Therefore, this Limited Edition Drawing Starter Kit/ publication is to encourage people to take the first step and try drawing.
Packaging components and structure:
The band provides information about this project and at the same time hold the slide-out box and a sleeve cover together. All components will fit nicely within the slide-out box. Upon pulling out the box, readers will see an infographic that is removable first, containing information on what is included in the Limited Edition Drawing Kit and Tips on how to draw. The packaging is designed with graphic shapes and bright colours to be eye-catching and memorable at first sight.

Main Component: The Child Artist Within Us
The first book talks about different stages of artist development for children, from age 0 to 8. It discusses the interpretation and logic behind children’s drawings and why we should learn from them. Within the book, graphic elements and colours are used for better reading experiences. Special pages are also added to make the book interesting.
Book 2: Into Their Imagination
This booklet shows that imagination and having fun while drawing is more important than creating a realistic depiction of something.
Execution: This is a short booklet to showcase a few drawings done by kids and the freedom of imagination that makes a drawing interesting. The handwritings and overall art styling is quirky and made to fit the content.
Book 3: The Mindset Behind Drawing
The last book discusses drawing in very practical ways and to remove myths about drawing to show people that drawing is less scary than they think it is.
Execution: Component 3 has a different styling from component 1, it only consists of 3 colours throughout the entire booklet because of its mature content, unlike the previous 2 books. This booklet is a text-driven booklet, with practical explanations about what drawing is all about, therefore infographics, graphic elements are used to make information clearer and interesting.
Additional Gift Items: Colour Pencils and A series of Sketchbooks
There will also be colour pencils and sketchbooks included, to encourage people to start as soon as they can.

is a series of sketchbooks and their covers are designed to show each element and different parts of drawing. To me, drawing is about excitement, passion, encouragement, admiration, creation, repetition, inspiration and celebration.
