Bradley Hamilton's profile

St. George’s Society of New York Beneficiary Program

A graduate of Kingston Business School in London, Bradley Hamilton joined Blacktower as a senior wealth advisor in 2017. In addition to managing more than $60 million in assets, Bradley Hamilton devotes his time and energy to charitable organizations such as St. George’s Society of New York.

A non-profit organization established more than 250 years ago, St. George’s Society provides a number of support services to members of the British and Commonwealth community in New York City. The organization’s Beneficiary Program is its longest-running and largest service, providing financial and emotional assistance to vulnerable seniors.

Immigrant seniors are 150 percent more likely than native-born residents to live in poverty, and are also less adept at pursuing the social services they need to thrive. St. George’s Society of New York’s Beneficiary Program tends to seniors’ financial needs through monthly stipends that can go toward such rent, utilities, and medication, as well as providing emergency assistance to help with urgent needs such as medical procedures. The society also encourages social interactions for seniors through events such as the annual Beneficiary Tea Party and a Phone Pals initiative.
