This is DINNO for Learning by helping, We are an innovation group that enhances innovation in investigation. Learning by helping a social purposed start up came to
us with a purpose: Ideate a master in empathy. We started our research asking to
ourselves what means empathy and what means master.
Our report is an extensive market research in which we followed Elisava trend research methodology. We learned that most professionals are missing empathy as a hard skill and that most products and services are going to be redirected to serve and to build with a purpose.In this end we proposed a 5 year strategy that follows in implement Empathy as a thinking methodology so that it can be teachable and applicable for both private and public institutions.
The great question remains: ¿in the digitalization era how do we teach empathy ?
