[BR] Esta série de ilustrações é composta por releituras de clássicos contos de fadas.

A proposta foi imaginar contextos atuais para as histórias, pensando em como poderia ser diferente a caracterização se fossem escritas nos dias de hoje.

[EN] This series of illustrations is made up of reinterpretations of classic fairy tales.
The proposal was to imagine current contexts for the stories, thinking about how the characterization could be different if they were written today.

Chapeuzinho ao invés de uma cestinha, carrega uma mochila de delivery, e aproveita pra no encaminho de algumas entregas, deixar um lanchinho para a vovózinha

Little Red Riding Hood instead of a basket, carry a delivery backpack, and take the opportunity to take some deliveries, leave a snack for grandma

Nesta versão Cachinhos Dourados não tem que escolher entre sopas, mas sim entre hamburguers... O do papai urso tem 2 hambuguers e é grande demais, o da mamãe urso é de tamanho médio, mas tem bastante salada, o do bebê urso, é pequeno e não tem salada... Qual será que ela prefere?

In this version Goldilocks doesn't have to choose between soups, but between hamburgers... Daddy bear's has 2 hamburgers and it's too big, mommy bear's is medium size, but it has a lot of salad, baby bear's is small and no salad... Which one does she prefer?

Ao invés de feito de um tronco, o boneco, que só quer ser um menino de verdade, é produzido numa impressora 3D...

Instead of being made from a trunk, the doll, which just wants to be a real boy, is produced in a 3D printer...

O mágico de Oz é visto como a solução dos problemas, o dono das respostas... Hoje em dia, se temos uma dúvida, se precisamos de respostas, buscamos no Google, mesmo sabendo que nem sempre o que encontramos é confiável. Por isso imaginei Oz, esse "mágico" motor de busca.

Mais algumas analogias e explicações:

Nos filmes o Mágico de Oz é um charlatão, e isso me remete às fake news;

O sapatinho de rubi é o que leva Dorothy para casa, por isso deixei o mouse vermelho, afinal é com ele que clicamos e "magicamente" vamos para os "sítios" (possível tradução de sites);

O computador e o teclado são uma óbvia alusão a estrada de tijolos amarelos;

E a garota que está pesquisando obviamente é uma representação de Dorothy, deixei bem parecida com a do clássico de 1939.

The Wizard of Oz is seen as the solution to problems, the owner of the answers... Nowadays, if we have a question, if we need answers, we google it, even though we know that what we find is not always reliable. That's why I imagined Oz, that "magical" search engine.

A few more analogies and explanations:

In the movies, the Wizard of Oz is a charlatan, and that reminds me of fake news;

The ruby slipper is what takes Dorothy home, that's why I left the mouse red, after all, it's with it that we click and "magically" go to the "sites" (in portuguese "site" can be translated as "sítio" which one of the meanings is a place similar to a farm);

The computer and keyboard are an obvious allusion to the yellow brick road;

And the girl you are researching is obviously a representation of Dorothy, I left it very similar to the one in the 1939 classic.
