LaunchPAD was created as an innovation program to promote and implement new ideas within the company. This project consisted of logo creation, TV graphics, email headers, notepads, name tags, table top tents, a website and workbook for Ideation Days. Along with these graphics were suggestions made to renovate a room which created an environment that's bright and fosters ideation, from bold colors to a brand new floor and open ceiling, walking into it prepares someone for launch.
