Garden transformations, kitchen updates, professional home offices, and productive home classrooms; you name it and it has likely been done to thousands of homes across the country. With this growing market, I was interested to see if there are any digital products or services on the market that appeal to these novice interior designers and contractors.

When you do an initial search of digital products for DIY projects, you get a range of services provided. You can compile your inspirational images on a Pinterest board, learn about the tools you already own, compare wood flooring options, clarify your color confusions, layout your space ahead of time, save the dimensions while you're out (safely) shopping, and, most importantly, keeping your project on budget. While there was a product that kept all of the home improvement information in one place, the main issue was finding something that would appeal to the first-time project tacklers.
