The student union shop needed to be flexible and allow staff 360 degree vision and allow the shop to be manned by one person if necessary. The design is based around a custom designed freeform island counter and built in perimeter units for books, refrigerated goods and hot drinks.
The shop fit –out was completed within 4 weeks.
