The research part is such an important part in UX design! Here I created an online survey on Typeform and emailed it to friends and family (as this was part of my studies @uxdesigninstitute ) in order to learn more about the goals of airline customers. In Keynote I put all of the gathered data together, to sum it up and to represent it. All of this helped me to make more informed design decisions in my later projects.
