Politiken Historie magazine - Double Spy Cover

Politiken Historie: The spy special

The dual front page for ‘Politiken Historie’ magazine no. 12. The theme was secret agents and spies, and I had artist Claus Nørregaard do two great pieces - one for each cover. The first is the front page, showing a secret agent in disguise. However, something is off - the eyes seem odd... and they certainly are! They belong to the female agent that is on the second front page!

The glasses are stenciled on the front page, so the page behind it shows. When you turn the page, you'll expose the secret agent! This doubles as a handy covert ops tool - you may sit in unobserved as you do secret surveillance and study the crowd through the cut out glasses of the magazine.

We used the unique magazine to run a competition: Send us your best spy photo with Politiken Historie and win! These photos are, however, my coworkers giving it their best shot!
