Adobe established the $1M Adobe Creative Residency Community Fund to help visual creators stay on track and achieve their dreams in 2020.
I’ve been commissioned by @Adobe as a 2020 recipient of the Adobe Creative Residency Community Fund to work on the food photography project to inspire the creative photography community and @Lightroom users.
In November of 2020 I've received an email from "Adobe Systems Inc." stating: "Congratulations Kristina Kasting!
We are delighted to inform you that you have been selected by the Creative Residency Community Fund to work on a commission..." And that's where I think my heart stopped! 😍 Between you and me, after submitting (the application process was SUPER simple!) I had forgotten all about it and the response I received was pleasantly unexpected 🤗
Best of all I had the chance to work on my favorite photography subject - food!
