A glowing light in the darkness✨—yesterday was filled with so many emotions, not just relief/hope around the inauguration event in general, but sadness thinking about riots in Seattle, a family friend taking his own life in the last days, being terrified of the state of our nation and beginning to work for myself during a global pandemic. So many many things are dark right now, but Amanda washed all of that away for a glorious moment and showed so many people passion and hope for the future. If there ever was a light in the darkness this woman is exactly this. I’ve watched this moment 3x in the last 24hrs and it still moves me to tears of joy.
