Having talents and knowledge of many different software programs is vital for the game design process. Below are some early examples of models and texturing in 3D Studio Max.
polygon modeling.
Zippo Lighter modeled using mainly primitives.
not my model but was textured using UVW coordinates on a single multi-level texture material.
Fire thrower demonstrating use of partical systems.
Sludge thrower. same model as flame thrower with a new particle system.
Block Castle created using the array tools with non-rendered faces if they are not facing the camera.
Brass knuckles created using splines and extruding.
Variation of Pistol created with various modeling methods. Planes with blueprint textures were used.
