“Where did you get those eyes!?”
I used to answer this question saying that they are an homage to everything that happened before I was born, and in my earlier ages. A mix of Osamu Tezuka,Liniers and Mauricio de Souza with a pinch of Walt Disney and Japanese. But the truth is also related to myself, and the way I express my own emotions.My eyes become very expressive when I am emotional and I kind of threw myself and my sensibility in my style. This collection of illustrations carry these influences with a very structured composition and graphic messages, going to directions that I have never thought I would go as an artist, but celebrating that I have found myself through my artistic eye.
