Heli-Egg is a personal project of mine in which I set a goal to use new techniques and transform an old idea i had into an animation. The Egg is entirely created in 3D and the rest of the shot is 2D (such as the background and information animations).
The idea behind the Heli-Egg is that it is a rather small yet powerfull egg that flies through almost every tiny gap larger than 2 meter. This reconnaissance Heli-Egg has the ability to cast off the top part and reveal a full helicopteresque rotor-system. Unfortunately this Heli-Egg uses kerosene, but who knows what the future will hold. There are plans for a Hybrid Heli-Egg (H.H.E) though any delivery dates would be pure speculation.
