Factory Berlin is an ecosystem of over 3,500 members from more than 70 nations located on two campuses.Their mission is to re-imagine collaboration by connecting people, ideas and resources to impact communities, surroundings and the world.

During my time at Factory Berlin, I worked within the Brand & Marketing team on better positioning Factory Berlin in the market, and helped reimagine the core values, mission and vision. This initiated the process of refreshing the visual identity, and creating a design system that would allow the brand to scale while remaining identifiable, and true to its values.

Factory Berlin Merchandise
The design team was tasked with creating a wide range of merch, from branded sweatshirts, to bespoke goods that were done in collaboration with local brands with a focus on sustainability. The products were sold both on campus and online.
I led the project, which included brainstorming and researching products that were relevant for our community, sourcing producers, writing copy, designing and overseeing the process through to execution.
