Northeast Corner of the Student Housing Project in College Park, MD

One of the largest student housing projects going up in College Park, MD. Completion date August 2022. This project is geared towards students going to The University of Maryland. It is only a 10th of a mile from the edge of the campus. This 8-story complex will include 296 Units/ 978 beds with the 1st community to offer a 5 bedroom unit. All units will be fully furnished.
