Figured I would play around some more... never really did the retro kick when it was super fashionable, but for some reason been feeling like finally taking part in it recently, maybe since it isn't the super fad it used to be anymore?  This one is a quick project for my wife's tattoo shop Neon Dragon.  Also a nice chance to play with some more unique colors and color combos.
