Our team at Jacknife had the opportunity of branding Spacepirates, a Toronto based award-winning creative content duo.
We crafted a bespoke, unique identity to reflect that of the personality and edginess of our clients, allowing their brand to stand out in their industry.
We challenged ourselves by creating a clean, modern brand that also heroed their unique name, edginess and heroed elements of piracy. To accomplish this we designed the identity to include hints of futurism and pirate nature through missing notches of the wordmark, whilst promoting the act of piracy and partnership through the icon as the multiple line approach reflects that of a flotilla of ships. All-whilst being fashioned in the shape of a jolly rogers skull.
