The Brief

The 1945 Constitution mandates Indonesia to participate in carrying out world order. This becomes the foundation in foreign policy and the implementation of international relations of Indonesia which is “free and active”. The Development of ISSC (Indonesia South-South Cooperation) is one of the efforts to carry out this mandate.
ISSC is a concrete step towards realizing spirit of solidarity and strengthening collective action among developing countries and the International Organization which continues to experience transformation and strengthening. ISSC is a cooperation involving developing countries in form of knowledge exchange through project and equipments support, internships, seminars / workshops, comparative studies, training and dispatch of experts with other developing countries through the mechanism of bilateral or triangular relations (involving
