The project consists of 1 and 2 BHK flats, Bungalows, Row Housing, Makan, Dukan and Chawls. 1 and 2 BHK's are designed with a common sharing wall and duct has been designed for toilet ventilation. A balcony connected to hall and an informal dining area is being brought in the design to enhance the informal spacing in the particular unit. The aim of the project was to develop a community rental residential society.
