Palisades Park, Santa Monica, CA 2015 revisited - Martin Fine Photography
Long before the homeless invasion and certainly long before the 2020 pandemic many parks around Los Angles were easily accessible, pleasant to walk, hang out and chill.
Overlooking Santa Monica Beach & Pier on top of a cliff from roadside level is Palisades Park. Before the homeless invasion and the pandemic the park - it's views was an idyllic place to walk, hang out and chill.

One in particular, a favorite place to visit, Palisades Park is a 26.4-acre park in Santa Monica, California. The park is along a 1.6-mile on top of exposed bluffs, offering views of both the Pacific Ocean and the coastal mountains. A favorite spot of mine. The views looking down toward the Santa Monica Pier and the ocean with the islands far out in the distance is spectacular. Another famous feature of this park are the brick stairs that lead from top of cliff to roadside level. A great place for fitness enthusiasts.
