VINTAGE CIRCUS POSTER

The project of this task was to create a vintage circus poster.
I first started out by taking this picture that I found off the web.
To make the poster a more vintage theme I decided to make everything black and white on this project.
To overall incorporate more of a circus theme, I decided to use this picture of a circus elephant that I found off the web.
I then created a layer mask and edited out the background. To keep with the circus vintage theme I once again made the elephant black and white.
I wanted to incorporate one more circus theme into the poster so I decided to use this picture that I found off the web
Like in the other pictures, I used a layer mask and edited out the background after making the picture black and white.
For my background I decided to use these two pictures. By doing this I kept the same circus theme (stripes) while also incorporating a texture.
From there I placed all of my edited layer masks onto the background. I created small shadows around the circus characters to make it look more realistic.
Finally, to finalize the product I added in the text you see at the top. I used white and grey coloring to blend in with the background. I decided to pick Louisville because it is a interesting town and November 8th because it is my birthday. I really like how this project turned out.
