PHOTOGRAPHY
WE are never too old to start something new. As a teen, I had a very keen fascination
for photography, its aspects, the camera and the sound it produces when clicked.
I even thought of enrolling on a photography course many times although I ended up
not doing it. But I guess certain inclinations that we feel and avoid are somewhere
related to our heart’s calling and self-expression. So, once again inspiration struck me
and this time the impulse was too strong to dodge. Being blessed to be staying in a surrounding full of greens and aarey colony being close by I started taking pictures during my walks. Photography to my amazement has opened a different dimension for me.
Every atom of God’s creation deserves to be captured. I am tremendously grateful to the force that has pulled me to explore a completely renewed perspective towards life and creativity, from where I only desire to create and expand. A new skill also brings with it renewed energy and a lot of enthusiasm. During my photography sessions, I realized
my focus improved, and my perspective enhanced. Not only this but photography has also helped me become a better person spiritually. I have also discovered that
photography or any other skill is not about expensive gadgets but the intention to learn and create something that will add value to my life and the people who see my creativity. It's an unexplainable feeling when someone compliments the pictures I click, or if it brings a smile to their face or evokes a positive emotion in them. It is with my experience that I would like to emphasize that we are never too late and never too old in life for anything that genuinely makes us happy.
