Ben Davis Art: Website Redesign
Statement of Intent:
This project is a website redesign for Santa Cruz local artist Ben Davis. The previous website hosted (as seen on a screenshot) consisted of a Juicebox slideshow of his art hosted on his domain. My colleagues and I helped redesign a more modern take and user friendly website. We've included multiple pages that are all formatted from the ground up using HTML and CSS combined. This redesign achieved high praise from Ben Davis himself and it showcases his paintings and other artworks better than what he had before. We've also included a shop page where he formally asked us to put up mock-ups and pictures of his art on t-shirts and other items for sale.
This was a group project and all of us had equally the same responsibility as one another.
My team members are Siobhan Keegan, Scarlet Granados, and Monica Rios.
