Bold, Daring, Stylish, Powerful. Just a few words used to describe the threads created by fashion designer Jesse Miller. Based in Nashville, TN, Bister was established in 2018.

 

Jesse wanted a brand that would be the embodiment of his stance in fashion, but before this could come to fruition, there had to be a name, an idea associated with his beliefs. I convinced Jesse to change the name of the company to Bister. The name comes from the color of the lion's mane. The design is inspired by the name. The lion's mane is cut and stylized as a fashion designer would section off pieces of fabric. The tag has an engraving of jungle leaves. This is used to tell more of the story.
