This project showcases a collection of communications I designed to connect Hilton employees with the value their employer had to offer.
During my tenure at Hilton, I gained invaluable experience supporting their enterprise rebranding and launch of the employer value proposition, Thrive@Hilton. I have always been an advocate for collaboration and thrived in helping others understand the new brand. As an employer brand ambassador, I provided consultation in design, messaging and delivery and shared best practices on how to effectively communicate and interact with employees and all levels of management.
