Ilustrar numa viagem de cores e estilos
To illustrate in a journey of colours and styles
Curso ministrado semanalmente pelas professoras Maria de Fátima Faccio e Tatiana de Trotta, entre 19 de agosto e 21 de outubro. Parte do projeto "Tão Longe, Tão Perto", oferecido pelo DADIN UTFPR. Compreende a produção de 14 ilustrações: 12 em diálogo com movimentos artísticos da História da Arte, 1 mescla de estilos e 1 livre e final.
A prática envolvia a assimilação rápida, em esboços de poucos minutos, de diferentes concepções estéticas. Assim, exercitam-se noções compositivas comuns ao repertório artístico. Todas as ilustrações (com exceção do dadaísmo, e ficando à livre escolha a última ilustração) deviam acompanhar o desenvolvimento de técnicas em tinta guache. Juntamente com a variação técnica, eram exigidos diferentes esquemas cromáticos, com base no circulo cromático de pigmento opaco (RYB). O formato era fixo - uma folha A5 - assim como o objeto-tema: a lâmpada.
Weekly classes taught by teachers Maria de Fátima Faccio and Tatiana de Trotta, between August 19 and October 21. Part of the academic project "Tão Longe, Tão Perto", offered by DADIN UTFPR (Federal University of Technology - Paraná). Comprehends the production of 14 illustrations: 12 in dialogue with art movements from Art History, 1 mix of styles and 1 final and free theme.
The practice involved a quick assimilation, with few-minutes sketches, of different aesthetic conceptions. Thus, it exercises compositive notions common to artistic repertoire. All ilustrations (except for the dadaist one, and being not obligatory on the final one) should keep up with the development of gouache techniques. Along with technical variations, it was required different chromatic schemes, based on the RYB color wheel. The size was set - an A5 sheet - as well as the subject: a bulb.

Já que mídia digital é meu principal meio de produção, minha ilustração final é uma tentativa de transpor toda essa experiência que tive com meios analógicos/tradicionais. Texturização digital se provou um grande aliado para assimilar cor e forma.
Since digital media is my main media, my final illustration is an attempt to put across this whole experience I had with traditional media. Digital texturization is a great ally to assimilate to color and form.
