Client: AlphaGraphics

 

Background: AlphaGraphics is a printing company that has locations worldwide that also offers marketing and design services to their clients. Locations are divided into individual franchises owned by private business people.

 

Assignment: For Wet Ink Inc’s three AlphaGraphics locations, collateral material was needed for several different promotions happening at their store. Using corporate mandated graphics three different collateral promotions were created: One for the roll out of the new marketing services being introduced by AlphaGraphics worldwide in 2012; one for a B2B marketing event in the city of Broomfield, Colorado; and one for use by the sales department as a marketing tool to advertise about AlphaGraphics’ many different services.

 

Execution: For the new marketing services promotion, posters were created to display in the three franchise locations. Each poster included a brief description of a new service being offered by AlphaGraphics, as well as a QR code which led to a website that provided more information on that service. For the B2B marketing event, a small rack card was created that had the message “Let AlphaGraphics help you grow!” and featured a detachable piece of seeded paper in the shape of a plant. This paper could be planted to grow a flower. For the final collateral piece, a series of step downs were created that featured each of the different services offered by AlphaGraphics. On the front side of each step down was an interesting factoid that correlated with that service.
