(University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) in London: understanding risk to make work safer for front-line staff.
They research about the safety and nosocomial transmission of corona viruses of Health Care Workers during a pandemic, with an in depth virological analysis and behavioural study during the COVID-19 outbreak.
An extension of this project is the investigation of the problem in Black Asian minority ethnic groups of Health Care Workers (because they represent the biggest part of critically ill COVID-A9 patients and seem to be at higher complication risk).
Logo concept:
The pandemic made clear that Health Care Workers are very important since they take care of humanity. They risk their life everyday and have to stay safe for all of us. I wanted the symbol to be minimalist, clear and futuristic, something that will make them feel proud and willing to participate at this research, with a discreet reference to the ethnic minority groups of Blacks and Asians (color version).
