1.Brif

Jalam is a online water supply app made by me with the aim of mediate water cans distributers and consumers of metro cities and towns manage supply of water cans in a quickest possible in time.
This facility provides a digital experience that delivers a meaningful and optimized overview of water supply.
Due to carona virus pandemic, i wanted to make one app for delivery boys, customers and plant owners maintain social distance and not contact physically while delivering the water cans. maintaining a catalogue of all customers, it's a tedious job to delivery boys and plant owners. so i want to help out them with make a smart digital online water supply app.
in this case, every customer has a QR code on their door, while delivering the water cans delivery boy scan with his mobile that QR code and do enroll in the customer account.




1.1 Objectives of this app: 

• Easy access to supply of water cans records and total bill information of user with 
  clear  understanding and friendly experience for a user and water distributor. 
• it Connects distributor, consumer and payment of bills in a transparent way. 
• Helps users to save time, plan for delivery, and suggestions from consumers and time to time       update of water supply and services.
• Information about consumer and delivery of Water Company, list of consumed water can catalogue, send the bill to customer. 
• water delivery boy availability.
• send monthly bill to consumer through mobile. 
• Costumer can  place extra water cans through this app.
• When delivery boy delivers water can, that message goes to consumer mobile.
• Jalam water supply app allows you to order branded mineral water in just a few taps. 
2.1.5 User Task Flow
I wanted to keep the product simple and organized. The product contains3 different modules: Plant owner, delivery boy and customer where each 
module has its own purpose.


2.1.6 Wireframes
The best way for me to brainstorm was creating wireframes. After I created the user workflow, I tried to breakdown those into wireframes.
5. My thoughts

I really enjoyed the designing process of jalam app, it was very challenging for me. 
I have met some water plant owners, delivery boys and customers who want to 
know transparent service among them So I was interested in how UX can improve
 the complicated and time taking process of the water delivery industry. 

Due to carona virus maintain social distance between delivery boys and customers, 
they can easily enroll cans on this digital app and Cans can be delivered 
while following the corona rules, no need to use paper catalogue for it.

As I was working on this project, I felt that if I were to work on this longer, 
I would have focused on verification and confidentiality since that is an important
aspect for a customer. For this challenge I wanted to be clear, and make an app 
that is easy to use and simple for all the people to interact without any problems.
