City and Regional Planning Department, within the scope of Project 3, a neighborhood design was made on an empty land of 70 ha in Çanakkale district. This design was prepared at a scale of 1/1000 after various analyzes and syntheses, and then it was reduced to 1/500 scale in order to reveal details.
