I was hired to create illustrations for blog postings on the Small Business Real Estate website. The topic of each article focused on finding the ideal live/work space for one's business and how the pandemic is changing the nature of small business needs.
The challenge here was that the client wanted to depict a fourplex live/work space that also had a sense of community/friendliness.
