I was asked to experiment with ways to make web content more consumable. I avoided the white-noise of stock photography and the imposing nature of a block of text. Instead, I wrote and sketched out a comic. Apart from the novelty of a comic on a telecommunications website, text and images together can communicate information more efficiently than text alone. This rough mock-up communicates the Genesys perspective on IVR (Interactive Voice Response). This is the thing that says press "1" for your bank balance or "2" to speak to a customer representative, etc.
