On May 12, 2008 a 7.9 magnitude earthquake hi Sichuan province. 68,000 people lost their lives and nearly 5 million people were made homeless. The images in this series were shot in Chengdu and Dujiangyan the week following the earthquake and on a return trip in 2009.
