Why SALTED FISH?

Salted fish always been confused by people that they're not a good thing. Worse then a live fish, not good for health, smelly etc.

But you know what, salted fish have their own special taste, which never lose other ingredients. They have a strong taste, hard to become a main dishes. But when it add on into other dishes as a side ingredients, just a little bit ... this dishes will become nicer and more unique

Special styling doesn't mean it can't be use by majority, it can make things more special, make it into something new, even though just a little bit.
