From a series of environmental self-portraits.
It was a freezing cold March night and the construction site a block away from The Gherkin was a perfect vantage point for a shot. I'm here balancing on the rooftop ledge of an 8-storey office building.
The skyline has changed a lot since then, it's much more crowded now, with huge glass towers surrounding the area. I was tempted to get back out there and capture the new skyline, however the building with this view has been razed to the ground.
