Coach Journey is the flexible, global online training platform that enables a systematic, effective approach to onboard, Modern Luxury Hosting Ceremony skill measure development, and monthly product training of Coach’s store teams. The goal was to create an inspiring and emotionally compelling personal journey that empowers associates to 'own their own journey’ while raising the bar and driving accountability at very level -
from pre-boarding/day one to specialist. I decided to use New York and other cities as the base
for the various development stages.
