Lost Generation Bookstore

The Challenge
Lost Generation was a fictional bookstore that I created back in 2013 at South Staffordshire & Burton College. The Project was based on the idea of attracting young adults and students to a hip, diverse & more unconventional bookstore. My challenge for 2020 was to revisit my college designs and update the image of one of my favourite projects using a better understanding of design that I have gained through the years in the industry.

The Solution
When looking back at old work from 7 years ago, it's interesting to see how much you have grown and developed as a designer. So applying those skills and giving the design a refresh for 2020, while still maintaining a similar design aesthetic and staying true to the original concept.

The Result
A refresh on an old fictional brand that was designed 7 years ago. Creating a new modern and contemporary design while staying true to the original brand colours and overall design aesthetic.
