Fire Coffee Cup
Keeping coffee hot has been a problem since coffee was discovered. I decided to take a different approach to keeping it hot: using fire! While less practical than other methods, like insulation or an electric hot pad, I think it's much amazing.
Project specifications:
-I'm using a sterno candle as a heat source
-The coffee cup is steel, which is a poor insulator, but great for quick heat transfer
-The cup is manually height adjustable, so it can be moved closer or further to the candle. This is necessary in order to bring the coffee temperature up or down, depending on what you prefer!
-There is a thermocouple inside the cup which measures the coffee temperature
-There is a OLED screen which displays the temperature
