2009-2010 - we traveled across France, Europe and America with FranceChef.tv to meet the Michelin's Stars Chefs for a gastronomy magazine.
For each issues, we made HD records and pictures of a full menu from ten chefs like Michel Blanc, Lesquer, Bertron, Boulud... and many more.
In addition, we had to realize the chefs interview and some short documentary in renowned wine house with the somelier of these restaurant.
There is also photograph and PAO work to enhance this paper version.
