Cultura em Expansão (Expanding Culture) is a free entry annual programme that brings a wide range of artistic performances to the various Porto city parishes, seeking to make culture in the city much more accessible and dynamic.
The 2019 edition brought to the public more than 50 presentations in the Music, Dance, Theatre, Performance, and Cinema disciplines.
