December 3th is known as International day of Persons with Disabilities. The day was proclaimed in 1992 by United Nations. Now, i’ve made a sketch to celebrate it. Disability is not inability. They’re just person. We are the same. We have to promote the rights and well-being of person with disabilities in all aspect of life :))
