Brief:
Design of gated community housing which shall have three town houses and 15 flats for University of Nairobi staff. The three town houses will have three bedroomed units, the 8 flats will have two bedroomed units, and the another 7 flats will have one bedroomed units with adequate parking and recreational facilities.
Site location:
The site of the project is located along Arboretum drive and borders Masonga Wai River on lower side.
