The series of work is inspired by a story about an African lungfish. The lungfish was inadvertently mixed in a mud brick and used by fishermen to build their houses. In extremely dry conditions, the lung fish tenaciously survived. When a storm struck after 4 years, the lungfish returned to the river with the houses washed away by the flood. Many people have similar experiences. People often have to get into trouble as if they were trapped in mud bricks. The lungfish’s dream is to escape from the mud brick to the water. It persists in an extremely dry environment and never gives up. Its story enlightens mankind.
