Fraunhofer Portugal AICOS Project Descritption:

– Development of integrated solutions for activity monitoring, fall detection, fall risk prediction and security, targeting older people living in the community;
– Detects user’s falls and sends a SMS or e-mail alert to a pre-defined contact – a very useful feature for older people and their caregivers.
