- Settings and Configuration: Managed and configured both Salesforce and HubSpot to optimize integration.

- Automation: Applied various automation processes to enhance workflow efficiency.

- Custom Properties and Fields: Created custom properties in HubSpot and custom fields in Salesforce to ensure accurate data mapping.

- Workflows and Flows: Developed and implemented workflows in HubSpot and flows in Salesforce to streamline business processes.

- Triggers: Created different triggers to automate responses and actions based on specific criteria.
