In a captivating exploration of culinary artistry, my latest photography project delves deep into the heart and soul of traditional Desi cuisine, showcased through a vibrant array of daal, rice and other dishes meticulously arranged in a thaali. Panchmeeri Daal is a dish deeply rooted in Indian cuisine, showcasing the rich diversity of lentils (daals) commonly used in Indian cooking. The term "Panchmeeri" literally translates to "five types," indicating the use of a combination of five different lentils in this dish.
